Appendix D — Change control
Summary
The appendix, and the one document in this pack that never stops growing — which is why it sits last rather than at number six. Every correction the corpus has made to a published document in this pack, each with its source and its status, and the decisions register: thirty-two corrections and forty-five decisions, of which roughly a third are still open and belong to the project lead. It exists because of a rule the pack takes from the corpus: a published document is not silently edited. Sources stay verbatim; corrections live here; draft-2 folds them in and this becomes its change log. Read it second if you are about to build from documents 00–04, so you read them with the errata in hand — and last if you are reading the pack through. Never not at all.
Key concepts
- C1 — grant redefined — the v0.33.61 brief this folds in
- C2 — designed in June — inherit, don't re-derive: clues-not-storage, two-level trust, partial resolution
- C5 — confirmed from two directions — the mandate-location rule, now corpus-aligned
Key ideas
- Sources stay verbatim; corrections live here until draft-2 folds them in — supersede, never rewrite.
- Four decisions are settled, four are open, and the register says which is which.
