The Doors Page: A Computed State Map Of This Estate's Own Ladders, Where The Build Breaks When A Door Opens

Summary

Ported from newsroom.sgit.ai's debrief on rendering an agentic team as a point-and-click room — but the room is NOT what was ported. That debrief says its second surface, the state map, turned out to be the more useful of the two, and this estate agrees for a reason specific to it: our problem is not that our state is badly presented, it is that almost nothing has passed its own gates. So: one generated page rendering this estate's four declared ladders as rungs with computed instance counts, each carrying a DOOR — the condition the next rung will not accept work without. Nine of twelve doors are shut. The declaration holds no counts; the generator computes every number from the repository; and a door whose computed state disagrees with the declaration FAILS THE BUILD IN EITHER DIRECTION, so the build breaks when the estate makes progress — a door opening is news, and news that does not interrupt anybody is news nobody reads.
